Participant Registration Forms for the 2010 season are available for download!
Please print the form, fill it out and mail to P.O. Box 151, North Chicago 60064, or bring them to Foss Park Golf Course.
Programming begins Thursday, June 17. We meet each Tuesday and Thursday evening at The First Tee Jr. Golf Academy at FOSS PARK Golf Course from 6:30 p.m. until sunset. At the end of the program, a Junior Championship Tournament will be held with a picnic for the participants and volunteers to follow.
